Meet Your Host
Lindsay Patterson is a recognized leader in the kids’ podcast space and an award-winning science journalist. She is the creator, writer, and co-host of Tumble Science Podcast for Kids, which was the first podcast to win a AAAS/Kavli Science Journalism Award for Children’s Science News. Lindsay is the CEO and co-founder of Tumble Media, an educational children's audio company. She also co-founded Kids Listen, a non-profit advocacy group for high quality childrens’ podcasts, and has helped spearhead research into children’s listening habits. She has also facilitated workshops and panels introducing new audiences to children’s podcasts. Now, she has created a curriculum designed to empower participants to enter children’s science podcasting from any point in their careers, and discover the power of audio.
